ELSA Speak is an AI-powered application designed to recognize voices and offer corrections for pronunciation to match native speakers. This study utilized a mixed-method approach to explore students' views on ELSA Speak. Quantitative data were gathered using questionnaires, and qualitative data were collected via the use of semi-structured interviews. The findings show that students had a positive response to using ELSA Speak for pronunciation practice. Specifically, students highlighted the word emphasis and dialogue features as particularly helpful for improving their English pronunciation. The study suggests that ELSA Speak is an effective tool for learning English pronunciation, leveraging AI technology to create an interactive and native-like learning experience.
