DEVELOPING A BILINGUAL WEBSITE FOR PT. CILIWUNGCAMP NUSANTARA GROUP

This research focuses on developing a bilingual website for PT. Ciliwungcamp Nusantara Group, a company specializing in tourism services and event organizing in Malang. The website serves as both an informational hub and a promotional tool to expand the company’s reach, particularly to international tourists. The study employs the Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection involved staff interviews, direct observation, and expert validation in content and language. The final product is a responsive, user-friendly bilingual website in Indonesian and English. It presents company information, service details, tour packages, glamping options, educational tourism programs, and local event offerings. Developed collaboratively by the researcher, the company, and a web vendor, the site emphasizes professional presentation through curated visuals, consistent typography, structured navigation, and accessible bilingual content. This platform is expected to enhance PT. Ciliwungcamp Nusantara Group’s digital presence and improve engagement with both local and international audiences.
