Abstract

A website is a digital platform that contains information, images, and videos that can be accessed by all users via the internet. Many businesses use a website to attract customers. One of them is Keripik Tempe Tono. Keripik Tempe Tono is a small business that relies on social media to give information to its customers. However, the platform has limitations in giving detailed information. This study aims to develop a bilingual website (Indonesian-English) linked to the marketplace. The method used in this study was Design Development Research (DDR) with the ADDIE model. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. As a result, the website received 94% score from domestic users and 95% from international users, indicating that the website met the criteria of a good bilingual website. Additionally, this website has proven to help promote and provide detailed information to Keripik Tempe Tono customers.
