Lembah Bromo is an adventure-based tourist destination located in East Java. which offers various outdoor activities, such as river tubing, camping, outbound activities, grilling, and jeep trails. The promotion of Lembah Bomo remains limited, particularly for international tourists, due to the lack of English-language promotional materials. Therefore, the researchers developed a bilingual tourism catalog in English and Indonesian to boost the site’s accessibility for local and international tourists. The bilingual catalog was developed employing Richey and Klein (2009)’s Design and Development Research (DDR) method, following the five stages of the ADDIE model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was conducted in Lembah Bromo through interviews, field observations, documentation, and the use of questionnaires. The result of this research is a bilingual tourism catalog, available in both English and Indonesian, accessible in print and digital formats. The catalog has been validated by experts in the field of language, marketing, and design. The catalog was revised based on their suggestions. User testing was conducted by digitally distributing the catalog to 33 respondents, both local and international. Feedback indicated that the catalog was informative, visually appealing, and easy to understand. Based on the discussion, the catalog aligns with theory and user needs, although further improvements are needed for personalization and layout consistency.
