Abstract

A bilingual promotional website is a digital platform with bilingual content designed to promote a specific destination or service. This research focuses on developing a bilingual promotional website aimed to enhance its online presence and accessibility for the Tanaka Waterfall in Malang, Indonesia. The background for this research is the need to provide accurate and easily accessible information for both local and international visitors, as
Tanaka Waterfall attracts a diverse range of visitors. The research adopted a Design and Development Research (DDR) methodology using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The development of the website was validated by experts and tested in the field to ensure its effectiveness and usability. The resulting bilingual website provides informative content and promotional materials about Tanaka Waterfall, designed for easy access by local and international visitors. The final product includes five main menus: Home, About Us, Facilities, Gallery, Highlights, and Our Stories, providing a rich resource for potential visitors to explore Tanaka Waterfall. These results indicate that the website is very useful for sharing information more widely and answering the problems faced by the Tanaka Waterfall management.
